This website was developed as part of the "Primary Care-Children's Mental Health Initiative" funded by a grant from the Duke Endowment. It is a joint project of the Department of Pediatrics at Wake Forest University Health Sciences and the Northwest Area Health Education Center. This resource guide has demographic, payment source, and treatment information concerning pediatric behavioral health providers in Forsyth, Stokes, and Davie counties.
