All information collected about users of the SmartPrescribe website and lessons, including any registration information and responses to all surveys, activities and post-tests, will remain private and confidential. Lesson developers and evaluators will only be provided anonymous, aggregated data in reports; no identifiers about any individual will be reported to the curriculum developers. In addition, we will never sell your name to any other organization, company or marketing group.

For website users registering for CME credit for successful completion of SmartPrescribe lessons, the North Carolina Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) program maintains a database of all continuing education credits that it awards. This database, mandated by CME accreditation officials, is kept confidential and is used to document your continuing education participation and to inform you of similar educational activities in the future. You will only receive notices of educational activities related to the specialty/interest areas you designate on your registration. At any time, you may ask to no longer receive mailed or emailed marketing materials.
