** Please make certain you have completed the CDC registration: STD Clinical Prevention Training Centers Registration

The CDC requires participants to complete a Health Professional Application for Training, in addition to your registration through Northwest AHEC. We recognize that much of this information is redundant, however registration is required in BOTH systems to complete registration for this event and to receive continuing education credits.

Regardless of the location you are choosing to attend at, the registration confirmation from the CDC will indicate you are registered for: AL/NC PTC-2018 North Carolina Annual STD Update on March 21, 2018 in Winston-Salem.
