Problems with Certificates

Certificate Problems? Please Read...

Upon successful completion of your course, you shoudl be able to generate your certificate of credit. This process creates a PDF file which you can view, print, and save for your records. Most common problems arise when the browser caches your session status (not updated to "Passed") and therefore will not allow you to generate the certificate. Other issues may arise from the way your browser is set to handle PDF files and your printer settings. If you are having similar problems we ask that you please try the following prior to contacting us for assistance:

  1. Log out of your "My CE Profile" account, refresh the page, and log back in.
     
  2. Click the event in question to expand to detail screen (listed in "My Courses" list in main content area).
     
  3. Verfiy that the sessions status is "Session Passed" and NOT "Session incomplete."
     
  4. Click the "Get Certificate" button to begin the process.
     
  5. Verfiy your credit type and attendance verification and follow the prompts to complete.
     
  6. The file will generate and when you click "Print" it will open in the PDF viewer in your browser if you have one or you can right click to save file and open with your PDF application outside of the browser.

If you are having problems using Internet Explorer browser, please try to genereate your certificate using a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari as some versions of Internet Explorer do not render the page correctly.
